Do I need to bring anything to the class or tour, and what do I wear?
Cooking Classes - As a matter of Health & Safety, we require that you wear closed-in shoes, preferably leather, and remove any jewellery, especially from your hands.
We will provide aprons for your use during classes. Aprons are also available for purchase.
Foodies Trail - We will be visiting farms and walking around, so comfortable casual clothing is suggested along with sensible shoes. As we will be spending some time outside, we suggest you bring sunscreen and a hat. Cameras are also welcome. Bottled water will be provided for you on the tour.
We provide you with a small carry bag, but you might like to bring a cooler bag (depending upon the season) . Not all vendors have credit card facilities, so cash is best.
If paying by gift certificate please bring the gift certificate, and if you wish to make notes, bring a pen.

How many people participate in each class?
Each class/tour has a maximum of 10 participants. We can accommodate for more people for a group booking.
What is the format of a typical class?
Our classes are set as an informal classroom style where the chef will demonstrate several dishes over the course of the class. The class observes and then participates in a hands on experience before enjoying generous samples of the dishes in a shared tasting platter.

Parking is available on site and in the township

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible. (Sometimes there are places still available on short notice, due to cancellations- so it’s always worth checking).
What happens if I can’t make it to my class?
Once classes are booked you can only transfer if you provide us with 5 working days notice.
If this notice is not given we are unable to transfer your booking.
You may however send someone in your place.
If you do not turn up for a class you are not able to transfer.
Am I able to use my gift certificate after the expiry date?

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements, but we do try to incorporate vegetarian options in all of our classes.
Will the tour operate if it is raining?
Most of our vendors have wet weather facilities and can easily accommodate us. We will contact you to notify you of any changes. You can also call us on 0409153168 or 02 44652010 if you are in doubt.
What happens to my money if the tour is cancelled?
We will either refund your tour fee or allow you to transfer to another tour date.
