"Hi Toni and Robert, Thank you both so much for a really wonderful day of cooking, company, learning and (mmm) eating.   I received a Red Balloon voucher for your classes from my husband for my 60th birthday (last October), and the whole experience really was a wonderful addition to all sorts of other marvellous birthday things that happened and continue to happen.  First of all, your home and the surroundings are just beautiful - thank you for sharing them.  And the cooking class was so enjoyable and enlightening and useful!.   We did and saw others do so many things, had things like zucchini flowers demystified (crumbing is genius), the food was just grand (and will be replicated), and most of all your hospitality and skill in teaching us cheerfully, pleasantly and effectively, were outstanding.   Your facilities, the organisation, your planning of a great menu and the hands-on practicality (without things being nerve-wracking) showed both your love of  and expertise with food, and your understanding and experience in practical teaching.  Ricotta (making some tonight!), grilling eggplant (and I guess other vegies) on the sandwich toaster, adding cinnamon to tomatoes will certainly be permanent additions to my cooking.  And who can ask for more than that?   And I think pasta too - already checking Marcato machines at Peters of Kensington. Alice (from Canberra, a daughter of a long-standing (old?) friend and a friend in her own right, and I had a wonderful adventure.  And we'll be talking about it for ages.    I'll definitely be recommending you, spreading the word, and returning.   Thank you both so much, it was just outstanding.   Good luck for future success too.
