Our small family business grew out of our passion for great food and a love of the local area. Having an Italian heritage, where life revolves around food, and a background in Hospitality teaching,  it was only a matter of time before the two became one. And so... in 2010, Flavours of the Valley Cooking School was established. The cooking classes were recently complemented to include Event Catering for micro-events

We source ingredients from our own property, local farmers and regional artisans to ensure we use organically grown, fresh products.
