Based at beautiful WILDWOOD Estate, a private 100 acre bush property, in Kangaroo Valley,  our small family business grew out of our passion for great food and a love of the local area. Having an Italian heritage, where life revolves around food, and a background in Hospitality teaching,  it was only a matter of time before the two became one. And so... in 2010, Flavours of the Valley Cooking School was established.  The cooking classes were recently complemented to include Long Table Events in secret, unique locations on our property

All Flavours of the Valley classes and events have a focus on simple useful skills. We source ingredients from our own property, local farmers and regional artisans to ensure we use organically grown, fresh products.

We are  just thirty minutes from Berry, Bowral and Nowra, one hour from Wollongong, and two hours from Sydney or Canberra - it really is worth the drive!
