The following MENUS are a sample only.  We cook according to seasonal availability and the many ingredients that are sourced and grown locally - so, you will eat and cook with what we find in the week of your class!
N.B.  Unfortunately we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements in our group classes.  Please request a private class if you are Gluten free, dairy free, or vegan/vegetarian. We cannot change our menu on class day if we are unaware of your diet.
